Jelly Roll Race Revisited -- No Speeding!
In this two-session class with homework in between you will learn to make this clever strip quilt using just one jelly roll or Bali Pop plus borders. Or use 2 1/2" strips from your stash and make it nice and scrappy! During the first session you'll learn the method for sewing the strips, then in the second class we'll cut and turn and sew the square. You'll also learn techniques for adding borders to a quilt on the bias.
Please bring your sewing machine, basic sewing supplies, a rotary cutter and ruler, and neutral thread for piecing. If you want to use fabric from your stash, it requires forty strips, 2 1/2 inches x width of fabric.
