Wonky Scrappy Log Cabin Blocks

*Bring your scraps and we'll create a free-wheeling, scrap-busting, satisfying 12" quilt block. Just few "rules" to get started, then you'll be scrap-busting on your own.  Paulette will guide you thru the "tricks" to make successful, flat blocks.  Makes a cute scrappy quilt, table runner, placemat, mug-rug, or quilt border.  

Supply list:

sewing machine threaded and ready to sew

Long ruler and optional 12 1/2" square ruler

rotary cutter & scissors

small cutting mat if you have one.

Bag of scraps, some long strips, some short strips but all must be about 1 1/2 inches wide (min) or wider.  And yes will share scraps around the room if you want. 

Paulette will bring a variety of cute "focus fabrics" for the center, or bring your own from home.
