Pa' u Riders Hawaii I and Oahu Counted Cross Stitch Pattern by Frances L. Johnson
Pa’u riders are an integral part of many celebrations and parades in Hawaii. They are so named because of their long pa’u (skirts). Each island of Hawaii has its own color, and the horses and pa’u riders are adorned with lei and flowers for the island they represent.
Pattern includes the DMC color numbers suggested by the designer.
