CLASS0011: Mondo Bag with Zina Clark (MV)
Did I hear you say "If only I had room in my bag for one more thing..."? Join instructor Zina Clark to learn how to make this super spacious, versatile, and easy bag. It’s perfect for travel, as a diaper bag, or taking all your quilts to the quilt guild for show-and-tell. Whatever the occasion, you will have room for all the things!
Our Mondo bags will be constructed over the course of 2 days. On the first day, we will build and quilt the outside panels for our bags. Our Mondo bags will be constructed and finished up on the second day of class.
Approximate size: Bag bottom is about 10in square with 17in tall sides.
Mondo Bag Supplies:
Mondo Bag Pattern
Main Outer Fabric (choose your style): You can use 2 1/2" squares, 5" squares, jelly roll strips (2 1/2" x WOF*), or a solid piece of fabric. If your fabric is directional, or if you want to add pockets, you should get an extra 1/4-1/2 yard. (*WOF is width of fabric, 40-42")
