Knitted Sweater Support

Do you want help with knitting a sweater/tank top from start to finish?
Joann can take you through the steps from selecting a cast on, reading a pattern,
selecting the appropriate yarn as well as achieving gauge to completing the project.
Learn from Joann’s mistakes as she has completed over twenty sweaters, some she
loves and some she is ready to pass on to others. She also has a few tricks to help the
process go more smoothly.

By joining this support group, you have verified that you can:

Cast on
Complete the knit stitch
Complete the purl stitch
Read a basic pattern (more complex pattern reading will be taught)
Are willing to complete one or more gauge swatches

Please bring yarn, needles, and the pattern you are working on to class. Don't have a pattern or yarn yet? Joann can help you choose a basic pattern and select the yarn.
