A double layer of foam batting (not included, this is a pattern only) provides a wonderful cushion under your feet. Quick zigzag stitched technique using wide strips.  Made from fabric strips, or 10" squares like Layer Cakes or Shortcakes, or scout your stash for leftover 10" wide pieces.
